What is EQO Mat?
EQO Mat is a cleaning pad that eliminates the contaminants on the tip of the probe such as flux by pressing against to probes.

Did you know that intermittent test failures of PCBA and false rejects are 80% caused by the flux accumulated and stuck on probe tips? Unwanted contamination of probe tips leads to the inconsistent and poor conductivity between test points and probes.
How EQO Mat works?
The Principle of EQO Mat
The gel layer will capture those probe tip contamination that was grinded by the polishing layer.
The polishing layer will be responsible of removing contaminants from the probe tip.
